Welcome to Lake Winnisquam Point Marina.
We are located on Dixon Point on Lake Winnisquam, almost at the end of Winnisquam Ave, in Laconia. We are next to Bartlett Beach.
Our main goal is to offer affordable seasonal dock and boathouse rentals, at a clean and welcoming facility. We have a private FREE launch ramp available to all renters. Beyond the basic marina services we are home to Northeastern Fiberglass & Boat Repair. They can handle mechanical, cosmetic, and canvas issues you may have with your boat.
